All live goods have a 10-day return or exchange policy (some restrictions apply).
All plants that are not returned at the quality level in which they were purchased do not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Conifers are excluded from our guarantee due to their specific cultural requirements. No returns or exchanges on conifers due to their cultural requirements.
Any plant that is in bloom must be returned with receipt within 5 days for exchange or refund. Plants must be returned at the quality level they were sold.
A plants deemed defective will be reimbursed for another plant or store credit, no cash refunds.
Any hard good product carries a 30-day refund with receipt. Products need to be returned unopened and in good condition.
